Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind, which helps us understand why people think and behave in certain ways. Spiritual Healing involves the use of certain spiritual practices to treat the root cause of impending issues.
Can psychological counselling alone heal a person?
Solely focusing on psychology will leave us with a long list of issues, but no concrete action items to fix them. Similarly, focusing on spirituality alone – with no inkling about the root cause – can delay healing. Meaning, independently, neither psychology nor spirituality can bring about effective healing.
For example, meditation can help a person suffering from depression feel relaxed. However, meditation alone cannot heal depression, as the person has no idea about the deep-seated inner issues that have led him down the path of this psychological ailment. Counselling can help identify the root cause of such issues, based on which certain spiritual practices such as Reiki, Chakra balancing, astrological remedies, Switch Words or even a balanced combination of a few of these techniques can be used to overcome depression. In short, if psychology is the cause, spirituality is the treatment. Which is why, psychospiritual practitioners firmly believe that one is incomplete without the other.

How is psycho spiritual healing carried out at FaithHealers?
As part of the healing process, Ms. Sharma typically begins with psychological counselling, where she tries to understand exactly why a client has been facing certain issues. During those sessions, Ms. Sharma taps into the clients psyche by posing spontaneous intuitively guided questions that help her identify the main problem areas and their underlying causes. Often, these sessions bring forth various deep-seated and long-forgotten wounds, that have now come to light for complete purging. Which is probably why most of Ms. Sharmas clients find these initial counselling sessions extremely healing. In fact, many of her clients have claimed that at least 30-50% of their problems have been solved just by having a deep, heartfelt conversation with her. Post counselling, Ms. Sharma decides on the healing modalities to treat the client. Depending upon the nature of the case, healing is either administered by Ms. Sharma over a period of time, or taught to clients so they can use it to heal themselves.
How much time does healing require?
The healing period varies from client-to-client as it depends on the complexity of the case and the physical and mental state of the client at the time of approaching FaithHealers.
