Physical activity is an important element of exercise. There are several benefits to the body when physical activity is performed, including but not limited to the following:

  • Stress and anxiety are alleviated by improving mental health

Setting aside 30 minutes in a day to engage in any form of physical activity can be beneficial to one’s overall health.
