We provides documentation, consultation and advisory services to help organizations comply with Sexual Harassment law and create a safe, healthy and gender sensitive work environment for both employers and the employees. We have experience in preparation and drafting of POSH policies for organizations, conducting training sessions for HR professionals, employees and the management of the organization and capacity building programmers for Internal Complaints Committee. We also assist organizations with the preparation of ICC Annual Reports and Employers Annual Report for the organizations. We also do policy review and development, as well as legal awareness for employees and top management.
